FLOWERS BY THE MONTH

There is no way to perfectly predict what varieties of which flowers will be ready to pick in any given week.  We begin seeding in January and keep at it all the way through to planting for winter crops in the fall.  The success of our seedlings combined with the whims of moisture, temperature, day length and each variety’s internal growth clock, sets the calendar for when each flower will bloom and for how long.  Given these massive variables, what is available when varies from year to year, season to season.  Here is the big picture idea of what may be blooming month by month
